The Funding
While the predominate costs for this overall program are already part of the standard operating expenses at WCA (discipline personal, mentoring personal, character development committee developed plan, reproductions of Character Counts student materials), the certification and training expenses, incentives program, Character Counts promotional material and additional books or values resources are not.  The following is a breakdown of anticipated costs:

The actual costs for the overall program will most likely decrease based upon the number of participants receiving the gift certificate rewards and the actual incentive trips paid for.
