This website is a proposal for change.  It is intended to give you,
the Board of Directors of Wisconsin Career Academy, a clear understanding of:

· The Need - a current need at WCA and a justification for change,

· The Pieces - the pieces or elements in need of repair,

· The Solutions - the plan to address the issues,

· The Funding - the financial commitment needed to accomplish the plan, and

· The Results - the evaluation process (ongoing).

I have also included additional resources
to either document or supplement the material presented.
